EXTERIOR PREP & PAINT PROCESS
Pulling back rocks
We make sure rocks are pulled back away from the walls in order for us to paint where the rocks were. This also helps from rocks getting paint on them or any landscaping. If there’s trees or plants touching your house we make sure they are covered and pulled back as much as possible from the walls.
Move away all furniture
We make sure we remove any furniture away from areas where we’re going to be pressure washing & painting. We take before pictures for when the job is complete we move back all furniture to where it was.
Pressure Washing
We pressure wash the entire home from top to bottom. This is a very important therefore it removes all dirt & loose paint.
Scraping & repairing
We scrape any spots where paint is peeling. We repair all stucco cracks & drywall. We scrape all over the foundation where its peeling off and apply DRYLOK on all the foundation around the whole house. This helps waterproofing the foundation.
Masking
We mask areas that need to be well-protected before painting.

PAINT
Before starting to paint we walk around the entire house and make sure all the masking & prep work is all done. We use high quality paint from Sherwin Williams & Dunn Edwards Paint.
INTERIOR PREP & PAINT PROCESS
Masking
We make sure to get everything protected from getting painted.

Take off all lights plugs
We make sure to take all light plugs out & cover them to get paint behind it.
Repair
We go around all the baseboard and add caulking to protect it from cracking. We repair any drywall repair or small crack. Cover up any holes,
PAINT
We inspect and double check for everything to be covered and everything has been repaired before painting.
CABINETS PREP & PAINT PROCESS
Take off cabinet doors, mask & sand
We take off all the cabinet doors to get everything sanded down & prepped right with some of our special products before putting any paint on them.
Mask & Primer
After sanding down and prepping all the doors and cabinets we make sure everything is taped & covered right and wipe off all the doors and cabinets with a clean rag. Once everything is ready to go we primer all the doors and cabinets.
PAINT
Before spraying the actual paint we do a light sand again once the primer is dry. Again we go over it with a clean rag and make sure there’s no dust at all. Once everything is ready to go we use a special paint made for cabinets and get it painted. Once its all done we wait until the next day for it to be completely dry and install the doors back.
